BIM Modeler

As a BIM Modeler with SV Designers, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D BIM models for MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines in compliance with US standards. You will prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation as per US codes. Your role will involve performing clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, ensuring multi-discipline integration. Collaboration with US-based architects, engineers, and project managers for project coordination is crucial. Additionally, you will maintain and update models during design development, construction documentation, and execution phases. Adhering to company BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and US workflows will be essential. Creating and managing custom Revit families, templates, and libraries per US standards is also part of your responsibilities. Generating quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from models for cross-discipline deliverables will be expected. Qualifications & Skills: - BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP, Structural, and Architectural modeling - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Structural, Architectural) and Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination) - Proven hands-on experience with US BIM standards, drafting practices, and deliverables - Strong understanding of LOD (300-500) and US-specific BIM requirements - Good communication skills in English - Strong interactive, coordination, and teamwork skills to work in multidisciplinary international teams - Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Nice to Have: - Experience with Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC for US project collaboration - Familiarity with Scan to BIM workflows - Prior experience working on US commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects Please note that the company, SV Designers, offers an opportunity to work on high-profile US-based projects, exposure to international BIM standards and workflows, professional growth with advanced BIM tools and processes, as well as a competitive salary and benefits.
