Job Description

Role & responsibilities

3D Model Development

Create and manage detailed BIM models for office, retail, hospitality, and other commercial interiors using Revit or similar tools.
Model partitions, ceilings, furniture, finishes, lighting, and joinery with precise dimensions and materials.

Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate interior models with architectural, structural disciplines.
Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design or technical clashes.

Documentation

Produce 2D drawings (plans, RCPs, elevations, details) and material schedules from the BIM model.
Maintain accuracy in drawings and ensure compliance with project standards.

Material & Data Management

Develop and update BIM libraries for commercial interior components and finishes.
Extract quantities and specifications to support estimation and procurement teams.

Visualization Support

Generate realistic views and walkthroughs for design presentations and client approvals.
