Responsibilities: - Perform 3D Revit modeling tasks as assigned by the Leads - Develop MEP BIM models and perform 3D coordination using Revit/Navisworks - Prepare MEP shop drawings and 2D MEP coordination drawings - Create Revit-based families and follow project BIM standards - Collaborate with other BIM technicians and designers using BIM software - Understanding of BIM template and processes - Preferred experience in 4D and 5D, and US and Gulf (Middle East) projects Requirements: - Diploma/B-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Discipline - Strong experience as a BIM Modeler on Revit MEP, especially in Plumbing - Expertise in Revit MEP software, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD - Experience in Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting - Understanding of MEP coordination and building information modeling Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in US and Gulf (Middle East) projects - Knowledge of 4D and 5D - Strong design and problem-solving skills
