BIM Modeler

· B. E or B.Tech Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering

· 1 to 4+ years of building design experience related to the structural design of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood frame structures.

· Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam

· Experience filling the role of project engineer for several projects occurring concurrently.

Strong understanding and knowledge of industry codes, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) standards, International Building Code (IBC), American Concrete Institute (ACI) codes, American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards, and relevant local building codes.

· Comprehensive knowledge and multi-discipline experience in planning, designing, and constructing large-scale projects.

· Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels effectively, persuasively, and tactfully.

· Ability to leverage a matrix organization to build relationships and drive desired results.

· Excellent communication skills in a coaching/training atmosphere.

· Ability to be a flexible team player and adapt to changing requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
