Job Description

Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate PHE/fire-fighting designs into the overall BIM project model
Ensure accuracy and completeness of PHE/fire-fighting models and associated documentation
Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to PHE/fire-fighting elements
Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation
Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to PHE/fire-fighting systems
Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices
Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable
Your skills and ExperienceConfident, proactive character, ability to take the lead in challenging situationsInterest in built environmentGood communication skillsEagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary teamProficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in PHE/fire-fighting system modeling and detailing
Strong understanding of plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE system design principles and codes
Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the PHE/fire-fighting discipline
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control
