Job Summary:

BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models using
Revit
for MEP and architectural projects.
Work with
point cloud data
for
Scan to BIM
modeling.
Collaborate with design teams to interpret project requirements and drawings.
Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.
Generate 2D documentation from BIM models using
AutoCAD
and
Revit
.
Follow project standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Maintain organized model files and regularly update them with project changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
,
AutoCAD
, and understanding of
MEP
systems and
Architectural
design.
Experience with
Scan to BIM
using point cloud data.
Good understanding of construction drawings and industry standards.
Ability to coordinate across multiple design disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 13 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Educational Qualification:

Any Degree
(Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related fields preferred but not mandatory)
