Experience: Minimum 1 year required in same industry

Required qualification: Relevant University degree – Architect/Engineer with a technical background; Good English writing and verbal skills; Knowledge in BIM modelling software is a requirement; Knowledge in REVIT is an advantage; - Additional experience with BIM related or parametric based software is considered as an advantage - Revit Dynamo, Navisworks, Grasshopper etc. - is an advantage. - Experience with quantity calculations is an advantage; Able to take responsibility for projects worked under strict deadlines

Job responsibilities: BIM 3D modelling; Data management and quantity take-off; Design coordination; Preparation of technical documentation for building permits and construction

Job location: Salt Lake Sector V

Salary range: Rs. 25000/- to 60,000/- per month

Job Type: Full-time
