Position: BIM MEP Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and coordinated MEP models using Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Create custom Revit families in line with project standards.
• Ensure model integrity, consistency, and proper documentation.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within tight project timelines.

Domain Specialization

Mechanical & Plumbing

• Slope & pressure pipe modeling
• Firefighting system layouts
• Ductwork & mechanical piping modeling
• Equipment modeling
• Mechanical & pump room detailing
• Parametric Revit family creation

Electrical

• Cable tray and conduit modeling
• Lighting & power layouts
• Electrical room detailing
• Fire alarm and telecommunication systems
• Revit parametric family creation

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks,
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM standards, and workflows
