BIM Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site BIM Manager at VR4BIM located in Kochi. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes and models. This will involve coordinating BIM efforts between architectural, structural, Facade, and Interior Designing disciplines, ensuring accurate virtual designs, and managing BIM project workflows. Regular collaboration with teams to resolve design issues and ensure project standards are met will also be a crucial part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate BIM efforts between architectural, structural, Facade, and Interior Designing disciplines - Ensure accurate virtual designs and manage BIM project workflows - Collaborate with teams to resolve design issues and ensure project standards are met Qualifications: - 10 Years of expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Virtual Design - Knowledge in architectural, structural, Facade, and Interior Designing disciplines - Strong organizational and project management skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Experience with BIM software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field - Relevant professional certifications in BIM are a plus,
