BIM Manager

As the BIM-coordinator Architect, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization. You will assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards, as well as participating in project meetings to oversee BIM design coordination and model development carried out by external consultants. Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows while ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices. Your involvement in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows will contribute to the overall success of the projects. To excel in this position, you should possess strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within project teams. Problem-solving and decision-making skills will be valuable in addressing challenges that may arise, and adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment are crucial for success. In terms of technical skills, you must have expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, with proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, and/or similar BIM software for Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of digital construction technologies, and an understanding of industry BIM standards and protocols are also required. Additionally, proficiency in project management and collaboration tools is essential for efficient project delivery. Non-negotiable skills for this role include experience in Building Information Modeling and digital construction, with a minimum of 2 large-scale projects where BIM implementation was conducted. Experience in REVIT for Architecture, Structure, and MEP, as well as BIM Design Coordination, Clash detection, and resolution are essential qualifications. In terms of qualifications, a professional certification in BIM is preferred, along with a minimum of 12-18 years of experience in the mixed-use commercial Real Estate industry. Experience working on hotel or hospitality-based projects will be advantageous. Proven expertise in BIM Design Coordination and a preferred Bachelor's or Diploma degree are also desirable qualifications for this role.,
