As a REVIT Designer - Lighting at studioEVM, you will be focusing on BIM 360 and Autodesk Docs projects. Your role will involve collaborating with the design team to ensure high-quality BIM models and contribute to the design process for various lighting projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - **BIM Modelling:** - Set up new Revit projects in BIM collaboration mode. - Work with BIM templates for consistency and efficiency. - Manage and coordinate BIM 360 and Autodesk Docs projects, maintaining accurate models and data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lighting designs into overall project models. - **Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):** - Oversee the BIM 360 work of team members, conducting reviews and audits. - Develop and implement QA/QC protocols for high-quality BIM deliverables. - **Lighting Design:** - Participate in the design process from conceptual development to detailed design and documentation. - Create accurate lighting models meeting project requirements and industry standards. - **Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless integration of lighting designs. - Provide guidance and training on BIM best practices and lighting design principles. - **Documentation and Reporting:** - Prepare comprehensive documentation for lighting designs including drawings, specifications, and reports. - Generate progress reports and present findings to project managers and clients. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in BIM engineering with a focus on lighting design. - Proficiency in BIM 360, Autodesk Docs, Revit, and AutoCAD. - Knowledge of lighting design principles and industry standards. - Experience with QA/QC processes in a BIM environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Availability to work night shifts (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
