BIM Architecture Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and accurate 3D architectural models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate BIM models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Prepare construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks or BIM 360.
• Ensure BIM standards, naming conventions, and file organization are followed.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams in BIM implementation, model management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in BIM with Revit in architectural projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion is a plus.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD (Level of Detail), and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
