BIM Architect

As a BIM Architect / BIM Specialist at Latinem India Global Capability Centre, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural and construction projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of world-class real estate projects across the Middle East, the United States, and Australia. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with design and project teams to create and implement BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining BIM models throughout all project phases, identifying and resolving clashes, and supporting the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Additionally, you will provide training and technical support on BIM software and processes while coordinating with external stakeholders for seamless integration of BIM models. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred) and possess relevant certifications in BIM, architecture, or construction technology. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and BIM-based project delivery is required. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with coordination platforms like Navisworks and BIM 360 will be advantageous.
