JOB POSITION: BIM ARCHITECT

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled #BIM Architect to join our team at DHATU CONSULTING SERVICES. As a BIM ARCHITECT, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating the ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTUAL PLANS, RENDERINGS AND DOCUMENTATION for our diverse range of projects. This is a full-time position and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in the AEC industry.

Job Type: full-time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Equivalent only preferred.

• Experience of 3+ years in Architecture.

• Prior Working Experience on Commercial Projects is Preferable.

NOTE : This position is only for candidates with Architectural Background only.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT software is MUST

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup/Lumion/3dsMax, Photoshop and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting.

• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work Independently and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD/REVIT software.

• Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.

• Ability to work under a Senior Architect and produce plans under guidance.

• Research building codes and requirements of various agencies as required

• Produces construction drawings and documents in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Analyzing architectural designs and plans for compliance with regulatory agencies as required.

• Liaise with clients, under supervision to ensure all issues are addressed.

• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
