Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Architect with 3+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch.). The ideal candidate should have exposure to international standards (US/UK) and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance the design process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and developing BIM models for architectural projects (LOD 100400).
Work closely with project leads and senior architects on US/UK-based BIM standards and workflows.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate model coordination.
Participate in clash detection, drawing production, and quality control.
Maintain documentation and adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans.
Support in updating project data and producing architectural sheets from Revit models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory.
Experience: 3+ years as BIM Architect
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Basic knowledge of Navisworks, SketchUp, or other BIM-related tools is a plus.
Familiarity with US/UK architectural standards and codes.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
