Description
As a BIM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in integrating technology into our design and construction processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among various project stakeholders. You will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities: - Prepare 3D models in Revit for all types of Buildings - Prepare conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit, and AutoCAD as per project requirements - Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines - Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models including interior and exterior architectural elements - Conduct constructability analysis through prediction of clashes, RFIs, and potential safety hazards through BIM models - Convert laser scan point cloud into information-rich BIM models and generate drawings and as-built data for renovating purposes - Attend and/or manage model coordination meetings and document project BIM meetings (write minutes) - Extend the 3D models to 4D and 5D BIM through the integration of Time and Cost parameters within the BIM model - Utilize Naviswork for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection - Produce quantity reports per Client requirements - Develop the modeling schedule - Timely and accurately prepare BIM models, shop drawings, etc. - Maintain model health as per BIM Best Practices Guidelines - Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills, software, and knowledge - Maintain a positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing - Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team - Demonstrate effective communication skills - Work with minimal supervision Skills Preferred: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, or related field - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software applications - Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and industry standards - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams In addition to the responsibilities and requirements outlined above, you will benefit from: - Innovative & Evolving Work & People Culture - Competitive Work Benefits - Outstanding Career growth opportunities - Exposure to International Projects As a BIM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in integrating technology into our design and construction processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among various project stakeholders.
