Billing & TPA Expert

• The candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and third-party administration of the hospital. This includes preparing and submitting claims, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of medical billing and surgical estimation, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the billing and third-party administration of the hospital.
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies and other third-party payers.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• To take clearance from all the departments including Operation Theatre if any surgery has been done.
• To prepare the bill, collect the cash and to issue the bill to the patient attenders.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Monitor and resolve billing disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in hospital billing
• Should have through knowledge of TPA billing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and surgeries.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience working on Insta HMIS (by Practo) would be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
