Job Description:
As a Billing & TPA Expert, you will play a crucial role in managing the hospital’s billing processes and coordinating with third-party administrators (TPAs) to ensure smooth processing of claims. You will be responsible for accurate billing, timely submission of claims, and effective communication with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process patient bills, including inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services.
• Coordinate with TPAs for approval and reimbursement of claims.
• Ensure all billing documentation is accurate and in compliance with hospital policies.
• Follow up on pending claims and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide detailed billing statements and assist patients with inquiries.
• Ensure the timely and accurate submission of insurance claims.
• Keep track of claim status and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain records of insurance approvals and rejections.
• Work closely with doctors, patients, and insurance companies to ensure smooth billing processes.

Requirements:

• Educational qualification: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, or relevant field preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in medical billing or TPA services is an advantage.
• Good understanding of hospital billing systems and third-party insurance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
