Billing Specialist

You will be joining Syndigo as a Billing Specialist in Bangalore, India. Syndigo is a leading provider of software and services for managing master data, product information, digital assets, and content syndication across various industries. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers, contributing to financial goals, and recommending process improvements. **Role Overview:** As a Billing Specialist at Syndigo, you will be responsible for creating and billing revenue in a timely manner. You will play a key role in auditing Salesforce opportunities, reviewing client agreements, managing remedy tickets, and delivering billing requirements through customer portals. Your attention to detail and ability to meet financial goals will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and bill out all revenue accurately and on time - Audit Salesforce Opportunities for Accuracy - Review Client Agreements for Billing purposes - Manage remedy tickets for billing team - Deliver billing requirements through customer portals - Ensure internal control and financial integrity over revenue management - Define and document process improvement recommendations - Contribute to Intercompany communication and cohesiveness **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Revenue Billing Specialist or similar role - Knowledge of Salesforce and Netsuite is a plus - Ability to read and understand contracts - Strong math skills for calculating pro-rata amounts - Proficiency in Excel and MS Word **Key Attributes:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Self-disciplined and deadline-oriented - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office at the Bangalore location.
