Billing Operations Manager-India

As the Billing Operations Manager at TriNet, you will play a crucial role in managing billing operations for clients across all business units and verticals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate recording of bad debt expenses and recoveries on general ledgers, reconciling month-end cash with billing system records, and updating customer accounts in multiple systems to maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts in the billing system to identify and report operational and technical issues, collaborating with the business technology team to implement solutions and new features. Providing reporting on collections, refunds, chargebacks, and technical issues to various stakeholders will be part of your role, along with working cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Support, Sales, and Business Technology to resolve issues effectively. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree being preferred. You should have at least 5 years of experience in billing operations and be proficient in Zuora. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to develop billing strategies aligned with financial and operational objectives, and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should be proactive, adaptable to changes, and capable of analyzing and solving problems effectively while guiding your team on best practices. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and a customer service mindset is crucial for this position. The role is 100% in-office, located in Hyderabad, India.
