Prepare and verify contracts bills, RA bills, and final bills based on project progress and contractual terms.
Scrutinize vendor bills for accuracy and compliance with work orders.
Coordinate with the Project Team, Planning, and Procurement for measurement validation and certification.
Maintain detailed records of measurements (MBs) and support documentation.
Track material consumption, reconciliation, and cost deviations against budgeted quantities.
Ensure timely submission of client invoices and follow up for certifications and payments.
Handle rate analysis, cost verification, and variation claims.
Support internal and external audits related to project billing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contractual clauses, GST compliance, and statutory billing requirements.
Implement billing process improvements and ensure data accuracy in ERP or billing software.
Strong understanding of quantity take-off, cost control, and project billing cycles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP / Tally / BuildSmart / etc.).
Knowledge of construction contracts, BOQs, and measurement techniques.
Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
