Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Activity: Prepare and raise bills accurately and timely, ensuring all details are correct.
- Payment Follow-up: Follow up with clients for payment receipts, handle queries, and ensure timely payments.
- Interaction with Sales Officers: Collaborate with sales officers to ensure smooth billing and payment processes, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Accounting Software: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and Excel, generating reports as needed.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in billing, accounting, or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
