Billing Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Billing Cashier to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently while ensuring excellent guest service. You will be the final point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in their overall dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, debit, and digital payment transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving minor issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, receipts, and daily sales reports, performing basic math functions to collect payments and give change.
• Ensure the billing counter area remains neat, organized, and clean.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order processing and guest queries are handled promptly.
• Process coupons, vouchers, and handle exchanges or refunds with a courteous attitude when necessary.
• Assist with general restaurant operations or other tasks as assigned by the manager (e.g., occasional inventory checks).

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role, preferably within a restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment, is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge and proficiency in billing software and POS systems (mention specific software if mandatory, e.g., Petpooja POS software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an upbeat and professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy is essential for minimizing errors in cash handling and billing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
