Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for handling all billing-related activities at the clinic, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and maintaining financial records. The role involves close coordination with the front office, finance, and operations teams to provide a smooth and transparent billing experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices for client treatments and services.
Manage billing entries in the system and ensure accuracy of data.
Handle daily cash, card, and digital payment collections and reconciliations.
Maintain records of transactions and prepare daily billing reports.
Coordinate with the front office and counselors for client billing clarifications.
Manage refunds, discounts, and approvals as per company policy.
Ensure all payments are updated in the system and submitted to accounts on time.
Support audit and compliance processes related to billing and revenue.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure a professional client experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

English & Kannada Language is mandatory.

Preferred Experience:

13 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or accounts within healthcare, clinic, or service industry setups.
