Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

Quantity Surveying
Accurate estimation and measurement of quantities from drawings.
BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation
– Preparing and understanding BOQs based on project scope.
Rate Analysis
– Calculating and analyzing rates for various construction activities.
AutoCAD / Revit
– For reading and extracting measurements from drawings.
MS Excel & MS Project
– Creating billing formats, tracking work progress, and planning.
Knowledge of Contracts
– Understanding of contract terms, billing clauses, and invoicing procedures.
SAP / ERP Software
– For managing billing entries, vendor/client data, etc. (if applicable).

Billing & Documentation

Client & Subcontractor Billing
– Preparing running bills, final bills, and checking contractor invoices.
Reconciliation
– Materials, quantities, and payment reconciliation with BOQ and actuals.
Certification Process
– Coordinating for client certifications and approvals.
Record Keeping
– Maintaining all documents related to billing and measurement for audits.
