Role Description

Billing Clerk

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices accurately
  • Maintaining billing registers and records
  • Basic accounting entries and record-keeping
  • Coordinating with site, dispatch, and accounts teams
  • Using computer systems for billing and documentation

On-site accommodation will be provided.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of

    Tally, Excel, and MS Office

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

  • Basic understanding of accounting and billing processes

  • Ability to work on-site at the plant location
