Documentation Retrieval
: You will be responsible for pulling and organizing support documentation for client invoices from multiple resources. This includes retrieving data from various systems and drives, such as
Oracle, Unanet
, and
Webnow
.
Data Management
: You'll handle a variety of documents, including timecards, expense reports, vendor invoices, shipping receipts, and client contracts. This requires you to be proficient in printing, scanning, plotting, and filing.
Auditing & Compliance
: You will prepare projects for quarterly review by internal auditors, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
Administrative Support
: Perform other duties as assigned to support billing and finance operations.

Required Qualifications

Experience
:
2-5 years
of accounting-related experience in billing backup and finance.
Technical Skills
: Intermediate knowledge of
Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word
, and
Outlook
is required. Experience with billing software, particularly
Oracle
, is preferred.
Personal Attributes
: You must have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with great oral and interpersonal communication skills, is essential.
