1. Prepare and print accurate customer bills using billing software.
2. Verify item prices, quantities, and apply discounts or taxes as applicable.
3. Coordinate with the sales and stock team for billing-related queries.
4. Resolve customer billing issues or discrepancies politely.
5. Ensure bills are issued for every transaction as per company policy.
6. Manage returns or exchanges as per store policy and update records.
7. Prepare quotations of items required by clients.
8. Prior billing of items ensure current prices and availability.
