Job Description

We are seeking a Billing Assistant to manage sales order processing, billing, and dispatch coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with accuracy and within deadlines

Experience Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience in billing / accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Punch Sales Orders and generate Sales Invoices in ERP Next software
  • Process expiry claims and prepare Credit Notes
  • Handle GT receipts and coordinate dispatch with the factory
  • Maintain accurate billing records and reports
  • Support preparation of MIS reports when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
