Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports using project management tools (Primavera/MSP).
Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, measurement sheets, and reconciliation statements.
Monitor project costs, cash flows, and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Identify variations, prepare claims, and support contractual compliance.
Coordinate closely with site execution teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely billing and project deliverables.
Generate MIS and progress reports for management review.

Requirements:

B.Tech. (Civil) with

5-10 years of experience

in Planning & Billing.
Must have worked on

EPC projects.
Experience in

creek bridge projects, highways, and expressways

preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project and billing processes.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
