Job Purpose: To assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems across projects and the corporate office, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company standards and ISO systems. Key Responsibilities: Support in implementation of Project Specific Plan, policies, procedures and National guidelines. Assist in conducting safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks. Monitor statutory compliance (Pollution Control Board, Factory/Building Rules, Environment Clearances, etc.). Maintain and update HSE documentation (Legal Registers, Records, ISO documents). Track and follow up on compliance status of projects and escalate deviations. Provide support during external audits (ISO, IMS, statutory, client audits). Qualifications & Experience: Diploma in Civil/Mech/Electrical or B.Sc. / M.Sc. + Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE / Recognised Institute. Fresher or 12 years of experience in HSE function (preferably in Infrastructure / Construction industry). Knowledge of Environment and Safety regulations, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Skills Required: Good communication and report writing skills. Basic knowledge of HSE statutory requirements. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
