Job Description

As a Billing and Collection Specialist, your role involves preparing invoices based on inputs from the Operations team and ensuring timely collections from clients. Your work schedule will be during night shifts at the office located in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining current accounts of customers. - Investigating the account history and current status of clients. - Contacting clients via calls to remind them of their outstanding balances. - Generating accounting and billing reports using QuickBooks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. - Proficiency in QuickBooks, including running aging reports and basic customer service. - Strong English communication skills. - Familiarity with billing procedures and ability to handle customer disputes. - Willingness to work and relocate to Ahmedabad. - Proficient in time management, data entry, and possess general math skills.,
