Billing Analyst, AppleCare Finance

As a Billing Analyst at AppleCare Finance organization, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end AppleCare billing process. Your responsibilities will include compiling transactions by billing period and partner account, creating invoices, and ensuring accurate billing for AppleCare partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all billing-related inquiries and work towards solving any billing issues that may arise. Your tasks will involve computing the amount owed by partners based on unique billing rules, reviewing and reconciling invoices to maintain billing accuracy, and updating billing tables and process documentation. Additionally, you will develop repeatable programs and playbooks to streamline global sales operations across various routes to market, collaborating closely with IS&T and BPR teams throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting - Previous experience in billings and reporting - Strong communication skills - Demonstrated ability to complete ambitious projects, work with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of billing experience, MBA or Master of Accounting preferred - Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP, Tableau, Dataiku - Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks, lead projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Strong work ethics and sense of responsibility - Proficiency in examining large data sets, extracting data efficiently, and identifying solutions for issue resolution If you meet the qualifications and are eager to contribute to Apple's innovative and environmentally conscious initiatives, we encourage you to submit your CV for consideration.,
