Serving as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process will be part of your supervisory responsibilities. Upholding company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting proprietary information, and providing excellent guest service are vital aspects of this role. Your positive attitude, clear communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build positive relationships with others will contribute to your success. You should be able to handle physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
