Quality Analyst



Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, or emails for quality assurance in both Spanish and English.
  • Provide actionable feedback to agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
  • Maintain QA documentation and prepare quality reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to address quality issues.



Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Quality Analyst role, preferably in Travel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in

    Spanish and English

    (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
