Job Description

Job Summary:

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Java-based applications.
Optimize database design and queries for performance and scalability.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
Ability to deploy codes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring Boot.
Deep understanding of databases SQL or Oracle.
Experience with Github or copilot.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certification Required

Japanese N2/N3 certification
