As a Bilingual IT ServiceNow Desk Analyst, your role will involve providing IT service desk support in ServiceNow, with proficiency in the Spanish language. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT service desk, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts. Your expertise should include knowledge in Active Directory, Office365, Windows client troubleshooting, and network monitoring tools. It is essential to have excellent ITIL knowledge and prior work experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting.
