The role of a Bilingual Analyst in the Business Process Management (BPM) domain involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a Bilingual Analyst, you will provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Your role will contribute to building competitive advantage, improving business and societal outcomes, and making supply chains work better, faster, and be more resilient. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your Japanese language expertise to lead collaborations and initiatives in the Japan geography. - Leading whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders as a Business/Process Practitioner. - Applying experience in Business Architecture Framing through Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling. - Engaging in Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives. - Contributing to asset, accelerator, use case creation, and enhancement. - Supporting business development initiatives and demonstrating the ability to solve complex business problems. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese language, along with a deep understanding of Japanese culture and work practices. - Strong analytical skills to provide methodical solutions. - Ability to solve complex business problems and ensure client satisfaction. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural competence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Strong team-management skills. In addition, the ideal candidate should have: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience with BPM tools such as ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, and/or market leaders in architecture space like LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet would be advantageous. - Good knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools. - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification would be a plus. - Strong communication skills to simplify complex structures for diverse clients and colleagues at all levels.
