As a Sales Associate, your role involves following the C.U.S.T.O.M. sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. You will greet customers in a courteous manner and handle telephone transactions with speed and courtesy. It is essential to properly qualify customers based on their needs, wants, and ability to buy. Implement a feature/benefit selling methodology to provide consistent treatment to all customers. Utilize a common quotation methodology for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and purchases. Prior to delivery, conduct a pre-delivery inspection to ensure quality. Make the customer's delivery experience memorable to build loyalty.
