Role Overview: As a Testing Strategist, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and maintain compliance with quality standards. - Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to detect defects and quality issues early on. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the development of acceptance criteria. - Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and knowledge sharing among peers. - Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities.
