Big Castings / Tower NDT L2 DQE Inspector

Job Responsibilities: Key Deliverables/ Outcomes : 1. On Job Inspection of Cast iron products like Hub, Main frame, and Bearing Housing at Supplier location before shipment to Customer N&H Factory a. Visual testing as per Golden Sample Comparison or Testing Block in accordance with EN1370 standard b. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MP) c. Die Penetration Test (DP) d. Ultrasonic Testing (UT) e. Dimensional Inspection after Machining (Dim.) f. Final visual inspection g. Quality Document Review 2. New Vendor development for mechanical component, implementing processes at Supplier premises and Site to meet Quality requirements. 3. Detailed inspection & testing as per agreed ITP/ QAP. 4. Study the feasibility of UT and MT for product due to geometrical constraints and update to designer for alternative solutions. 5. Coordinate non-conformities and corrective actions at Supplier place according to the 8D method. 6. Knowledge of PPAP 8D, PFMEA, SPC, IQC, FAI will be preferred. 7. Knowledge on quality management system ISO 9001 :2015 will be preferred. 8. Good communication skills in English and local language in MH region in factory works environments Job Requirement with Education & Experience : 1. Education Qualification: Diploma/ BE / BTech in Mechanical/Metallurgical 2. Work Experience: If Diploma mode then 8-10 years / Engineering 3-7 years 3. Preferred Male Candidate as this Work at Hot Environment of Iron/Steel Foundry 4. Preferred Industry: Wind Industries, Automobile, Heavy Engineering 5. Working experience for NDT inspection of Wind Industries component Hub casting, Main frame and Bearing Housing will be preferred. 6. Location: Kolhapur (Resident Engineer at Supplier location) 7. Inspector should be qualified in VT, MT & UT as level II or level III based on ISO 9712 or equivalent. 8. Inspector should be experienced for casting product NDT testing according to EN 12680-3 (Ultrasonic Testing), EN1369 (Magnetic Particle testing), EN 1370 (VT)
