Project Role :BI Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop, migrate, deploy, and maintain data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces that drive adoption and decision making. Integrate security and data privacy protection.

Must have skills :Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
Good to have skills :Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure

Summary:We are seeking an ideal candidate with a strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The candidate should be capable of working independently to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, experience with deploying Power Platform solutions in compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies and best practices is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft CoPilot Studio and a good grasp of Python are highly desirable.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

Build custom applications, workflows, and dashboards to improve business processes and enhance productivity.

Leverage CoPilot Studio to create AI-driven solutions and enhance automation capabilities.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards and SDLC policies.

Manage the deployment of Power Platform solutions, including packaging, testing, and release management using tools like Azure DevOps or other deployment tools.

Develop and integrate custom connectors and APIs, with a preference for experience in Python for advanced scripting and data manipulation.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure.

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.

Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.

Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
