BI Developer

Required Skills :

* 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer.

* Strong proficiency in Python for ETL development and automation.

* Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL

Server, Oracle).

* Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema,

fact/dimension tables).

* Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Cloud-based data services.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or

related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Python and other BI/ETL tools.

• Integrate data from multiple sources (Databases, APIs, Flat files, Cloud services).

• Develop and maintain data models, warehouses, and reporting solutions.

• Create, customize, and automate reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power

BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting layers.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve ETL workflows and data pipelines.

• Implement and follow best practices for data governance, security, and performance

tuning.

• Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to deliver actionable

insights.
