Required Skills : * 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer. * Strong proficiency in Python for ETL development and automation. * Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle). * Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables). * Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Cloud-based data services. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. Key Responsibilities: Design, Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Python and other BI/ETL tools. Integrate data from multiple sources (Databases, APIs, Flat files, Cloud services). Develop and maintain data models, warehouses, and reporting solutions. Create, customize, and automate reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.). Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting layers. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve ETL workflows and data pipelines. Implement and follow best practices for data governance, security, and performance tuning. Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
