BI Developer (Incorta)

• Role & responsibilities

• BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions for effective decision support. Create and enhance interactive dashboards and reports to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.
• Data Modeling and ETL: Good understanding of design and implementation of data models to support BI requirements. Develop and maintain ETL processes ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure BI tools align with organizational goals.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize BI application performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks. Ensure data retrieval processes are streamlined for efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic Qualifications:

B. Tech./B.E./M.TECH. /MCA in computer science/applications with 3-5 years of professional experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must Have

• Must have hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite(Oracle Apps) with functional knowledge on any one domain (OM/FIN/SCP), good working knowledge on OBIEE or BI Publisher.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex query development and performance tuning.
• Must have a thorough understanding of relational databases, be able to create and read Entity Relationship Diagrams,
• Experience with BI tools such as Incorta, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality results across various initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Automotive after-market domain.
• Hands-on experience in Spark SQL / Python for data manipulation and analysis
