BI Analytics

As a BI Analytics professional with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with users to analyze requirements, working on data warehouse architecture, and utilizing data warehousing technologies like Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc. Additionally, you must possess strong SQL scripting skills and experience in performance tuning to ensure optimal database performance. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with users to gather reporting and dashboard requirements - Translate business requirements into specifications for implementing reports and dashboards from multiple data sources - Design and implement technology best practices and guidelines - Handle ad-hoc data requests and automate reports where possible - Create graphical presentations of data for different levels of management - Work closely with technical and commercial departments to achieve information sharing objectives - Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to the BI team Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards - Knowledge of data warehouse architecture and data modeling concepts - Proficiency in data warehousing technologies such as Cognos, MicroStrategy, and advanced dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI - Strong SQL scripting skills with experience in performance tuning - Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt to changing priorities - Certification in BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, SPSS, SAS, and Tableau or Power BI is a plus - Programming experience in languages like Python and knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred As part of the hiring process, you can expect to go through screening rounds with HR, followed by two technical rounds and a final HR round.
