BI Analytics

As a BI Analytics professional with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with users in a requirement's analysis capacity and working closely with them to translate business requirements into specifications for reports and dashboards. - Utilizing your extensive experience with data warehouse architecture and knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts. - Demonstrating proficiency in data warehousing technologies such as Cognos, MicroStrategy, and advance dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Applying strong SQL scripting skills and performance tuning experience to optimize reporting queries. - Participating in business analysis activities to gather reporting requirements and providing support to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards. - Designing and implementing technology best practices and guidelines, as well as handling ad-hoc data requests and automating reports where possible. - Working collaboratively with technical and commercial departments to achieve business objectives of information sharing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. - High-level knowledge of programming language like Python. - Certification in BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, SPSS, SAS, and Tableau or Power BI is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing priorities. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and familiarity with complex data structures.
