Your Role Understands business needs and in depth understanding of processes. Demonstrated expertise in working with diverse data sources across multiple channels to produce insights. Engage with market leaders to understand problems to be solved and translate the business problems to analytical problems. Taking ownership of specified analysis and translate the answers back to decision makers in business. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data discovery, analysis, requirements gathering, and clarification with stakeholders at all levels. Manipulating, analyzing, and synthesizing large complex data sets using different sources and ensuring data quality and integrity. Design, develop, and automate Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions, iteratively build, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale leveraging engineering tools and BI industry standard technologies including ETL, data modelling, and data visualization software. Think beyond the ask and develop analysis and reports that will contribute beyond basic asks. Report creation or dashboard refresh - Collaborate with colleagues to craft, implement and measure consumption of analysis, reports, and dashboards. Make business recommendations (e.g., cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information. Your Profile Experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends. Strong understanding of Business Decisions. Skills to develop visualizations, self-service dashboards and reports using visualization tools & Basic Statistical Concepts (Correlation Analysis and Hyp. Testing). Good Skills to analyze data using Advanced Excel, Advanced SQL, Hive, Python, Data Warehousing concepts (Hadoop, Teradata), Automation using Alteryx, Databricks. Awareness of POS, Panel, Survey data and industry analyses, knowledge on retail and FMCG/CPG industry.
