Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Duty)

Department / Area of Work

• OPD
• IPD Patient Care
• Emergency Support (as required)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and manage patients as per hospital protocols
• Provide medical care to OPD and IPD patients during night shifts
• Handle emergency cases and provide first-line medical care
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient safety protocols
• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment plans and care
• Participate in assigned duty shifts and handover processes

Qualifications

• BHMS/BAMS
• Valid State Medical Council Registration (Mandatory)

Skills Required

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Good communication and patient-handling abilities
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Capability to handle emergency situations calmly
• Knowledge of hospital documentation and compliance standards

Experience

• Prior hospital or night-duty experience will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
