About Rural Lending - Microfinance
Explain:.The program aims to lend small ticket unsecured loans in the range of Rs 12k to 100k to economically active poor women individually or under Joint Liability Group (JLG) through Direct Channel of Bank and through Business corresponded channel
.Short term loans giving High Returns to the Bank
About the Role
1.Managing end to end BC relationship for designated BCs.2.Leading Business Planning & Strategizing distribution for designated BCs, end to end target setting, Branch wise explanation plan and tracking monitoring.3.Managing the team of sales representative across different regions and branches to ensure consistent performance and adherence to sales goal.4.To interact with BCs top management for sales planning /maintaining portfolio quality.5.Engaged with BC training team and trained them bank policies, procedure, product knowledge, system workflow and compliance related to product and filed practices etc.6.Responsible for Managing BC queries and Managing Internal and external stake holders for smooth business flow.7.Responsible for maintaining the performance of BCASM, monthly FE productivity target and portfolio quality targets across the buckets8.Hiring of BC support staff /BCSM for new Branches and replacement.9.End to end FLDG Management/Payouts.10.Need to ensure that all the internal process lead down for BC Business are being followed and adhered.while maintaining portfolio hygiene including development and control.11.Analysis market trends and customers / BC partners need to identify opportunities for product development and growth.12.Building and maintaining relationship with BC partners enabling then on all operational challenges to drive business growth and retention.13.Audit and Compliance -Coordinate to Conduct the various audits for BC partners14.Ensuring adherence to laid down compliance process.Key ResponsibilitiesoManaging end to end Business development of BC partners/oBusiness expansion strategies for BC partners.oEnd to end process audit /compliance for product oPortfolio quality management.Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Graduate / Postgraduate.Experience of 5+ Years.Have xperience of Microfinance industry BC channel business.Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:.KnowledgeKnowledge of Core Microfinance Functions and Products.Knowledge of relevant IT systems including Finacle, HRMS, INedge etc

Good communication (both verbal & written)Inter-personal skillsStrong Excel and database manipulation skillsFinancial and statistical analysis skills
